She is passionate about helping individuals gain insight, build healthy coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.


Sondra currently provides individual counseling services for clients ages 12 and older and is committed to meeting each client where they are in their journey.

Bree has extensive experience working with individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, human trafficking, and complex trauma. She also has experience supporting sex workers, navigating immigration-related concerns, transracial adoption, and racial trauma. Her work is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to meeting clients where they are.


In addition to her clinical work, Bree is a Department of Justice (DOJ) Accredited Representative and has successfully assisted with affirmative immigration cases through USCIS since 2021.


Bree is dedicated to fostering a sense of safety, compassion, and respect in every interaction. She strives to support her clients in healing, empowerment, and meaningful personal growth.

Her client-centered approach integrates evidence-based strategies to support healing, build resilience, and promote meaningful personal growth.


In addition to her clinical work, Rachel is a Trauma-Informed Trainer who educates professionals on recognizing and responding to trauma, particularly within the criminal justice system. She is passionate about improving how individuals and institutions address trauma by fostering more supportive, healing-centered approaches.


Rachel is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to supporting individuals on their journey toward lasting well-being and stability.

Trained in memory therapy, Mario integrates evidence-based techniques to support healing and personal growth. He is passionate about helping clients not only feel heard, but also develop the tools needed to achieve balance, resilience, and inner peace.
